Each session is custom tailored to you. In addition to Ashiatsu, I may also use muscle release techniques, PNF activation, assisted stretching, and myofascial or craniosacral techniques. If needed, or at your request, I may incorporate hot stones , hot bamboo sticks or cupping. Your preferences and concerns are discussed during the intake so I can decide on a custom massage designed specifically for you.
